Yellow Belt Quick Reference Guide

We all know that it's sometimes easy to forget a new technique or a form after class.

The Yellow Belt Quick Reference Guide was made so you quickly review all the required techniques, forms and sets as taught in Ed Parker's American Kenpo Karate system.

It's a great tool for reviewing techniques before or after your class. Or as a quick reference tool for  your next belt test so you can ensure you remember everything correctly.

Professor Kongaika will not only perform the technique, but also walk you through the key points of the techniques.

Additionally, there are also reference videos for the sets and forms required for Yellow belt.
